A single cask Lowland single grain from Cameronbridge, bottled by Whisky Druid in its Best Dram series at a cask strength of 54.1% ABV. It was distilled on 5 December 2007 and bottled on 22 April 2026, without added colour or chill-filtering. The whisky spent all 18 years in one first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, which gave 264 bottles. The sweetness of the PX sherry is a strong influence on the spirit. Dark fruit, roasted notes and a velvety sherry sweetness characterise it.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
