Campbeltown Loch Blended Scotch Whisky 22/231 (70cl, 46%)

A blended Scotch whisky from Springbank's Campbeltown home, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled on 24 November 2022 under bottle code 22/231, without chill-filtration or added colouring. Campbeltown once had many whisky producers and now has three: Kilkerran, Glen Scotia and Springbank, which also makes Longrow and Hazelburn. This blend brings together the character of those distilleries and the region. The nose is mild sweetness, fine fruit with honey, light minerality and a restrained smoke. The palate offers honey, berry fruit, dry smoke and a little salt. The finish is lightly salty, with fruity sweetness and good length.
