Camus Borderies XO is a cognac from the Camus family house, made from grapes grown on the family's estates in the Borderies.
It is distilled from unfiltered wines and then aged for a long time in oak casks, with each stage of the ageing adding to its range of aromas. The result is a cognac of strong aromatic intensity and a velvety structure.
The nose is sweet and lightly spicy, with cinnamon, dried fruit, port and violet. The palate is strong, rich and creamy, and a hint of almond emerges in the long finish.
