Camus Elegance VS is a cognac made from a broad selection of floral eaux-de-vie, blended by hand and aged for at least three years in seasoned oak casks. The casks are chosen so that the delicate grape aromas and the original character of the wine are not masked.
On the nose it is floral, with dog rose, iris, white blossom and hawthorn, alongside toasted hints and white pepper. The palate is fresh and lively, with apricot and floral notes leading to a delicate, woody finish. It can be drunk neat or over ice, or lengthened with tonic water or green tea.
