Canadian Club Reserve 9 Year (75cl, 40%)

Canadian Club Reserve 9 Year is a Canadian whisky aged for nine years and bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made at the Hiram Walker distillery in Windsor, Ontario. The mashbill combines corn, barley and rye. The spirit components are blended before they go into the barrel, unlike most modern Canadian whiskies, which blend already-aged barrels at the end. Toffee, toasted oak and creamy vanilla lead the nose. On the palate come English toffee, mellow oak, nutmeg and clove, and the finish is warm and dry, with caramel and vanilla.
