An Italian grappa distilled from selected pomace using traditional methods, then aged in wooden casks. It has a delicate amber colour.
The nose opens with almond, honey, light spices and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is full and rounded, balancing sweet fruity notes with a light spicy prickle, and the finish is persistent with warmth and a trace of hazelnut.
Serve as a digestif after a meal, with dark chocolate, or as a base for cocktails.
