A red wine from Sella & Mosca, made from Cannonau, Sardinia's native grape. It has an intense ruby colour tending towards garnet with age. The nose shows ripe red fruits such as plums and cherries, black pepper, vanilla, Mediterranean scrub and leather. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with soft tannins, fresh acidity and a long, pleasantly spicy finish. It pairs well with aged Sardinian pecorino, red meat roasts, game and rich Mediterranean dishes.
