A contemporary red IGT from Cantina della Volta, intended for everyday use. It is medium ruby with lively reflections. The nose offers ripe red fruit, light floral notes and subtle spice. On the palate it shows balance between freshness and structure, soft tannins and a pleasant persistence. It suits home cooking, light white and red meats, medium-aged cheeses and tomato-based dishes. Serve around 16-18°C, opening a few minutes beforehand if more roundness is desired. Drink within a few years, avoiding excessive light and heat.
