Caol Ila 12 Year Old is a peated single malt from Islay. The distillery takes its name from the Gaelic for the Sound of Islay, the strait that separates Islay from Jura on the wild western coast of Scotland.
The whisky is described as both balanced and subtle, combining iodine and peat with notes of olive oil, almond and citrus.
