Caol Ila 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky, pronounced 'Cull Eela'. It is pale straw in colour.
The whisky is fresh, sweetly fruity and smooth-bodied, with a firm, balanced character. It opens sweetly before a fragrant smokiness comes through, and it finishes with a lingering sweet smokiness.
