Caol Ila – 12 Year Old The Manager's Dram Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 58%)

This is a 12-year-old Islay single malt from Caol Ila, bottled in November 2021 as part of The Manager's Dram series, in which Diageo's malt distillery managers make the selection. It is a limited edition in a 70cl bottle at a natural strength of 58% ABV. The whisky has a light golden colour. The nose is typically described as fresh citrus fruit with a hint of peat smoke, followed by vanilla and butterscotch on the palate and a long caramel finish.
