Caol Ila 16 Year Old is a single cask Islay malt from Signatory Vintage, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2026 at a natural cask strength of 56.4% ABV.
It matured in American oak and is a pale straw colour. Peat smoke leads the nose, with bright citrus and a soft base of vanilla. On the palate sweet caramel meets a maritime intensity, and the finish is long, with creamy malt.
It comes in a black tube with orange details, and the bottle carries the embossed Signatory logo.
