Caol Ila Distillers Edition is a single malt from the Islay distillery, bottled at 43% ABV. It is matured first in ex-bourbon casks and then given further time in Moscatel sherry casks. The second maturation pairs the influence of fortified wine casks with Caol Ila's strong peat smoke. A new release is made each year.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
