A 16-year-old Islay single malt from Caol Ila, bottled by Signatory Vintage in its Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled on 28 September 2007 and bottled on 16 April 2024 at 58.4% ABV.
It matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, number 7, which yielded 682 bottles. The sherry cask brings a deep sweetness and rich flavours that sit alongside the smoky character of the distillery. The whisky has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
