This Caol Ila is a 16 year old Islay single malt, bottled for the 2020 Feis Ile, the yearly Islay festival. It was bottled at natural cask strength, 53.9% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was finished in hogsheads treated with Amoroso sherry, and it was personally selected by distillery manager Pierrick Guillaume.
