This is a single hogshead Caol Ila from Islay, bottled by Fable Whisky as Chapter One of its series, under the name Clanyard. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021, at 12 years old.
The cask gave 288 bottles at a natural cask strength of 57.5%. The whisky is non-chill filtered and of natural colour, and its peat character is described as gentle and maritime.
