Caol Ila 25 Year Old is an Islay single malt matured in American and European oak, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The colour is a deep gold. On the palate it opens with the sweetness of ripe fruit and honey, accompanied by well-balanced bitter notes and a fine, malty smokiness.
The finish is long and velvety, with a fine, lasting spice.
