A 9 year old Caol Ila single malt bottled at 58.3% for Lady of the Glen, finished in white wine casks.
The spirit was distilled on 17 April 2012 and spent more than seven years in a hogshead. It then moved into a Xynisteri white wine cask from Cyprus, and was bottled on 4 May 2021. The release comprises 307 bottles.
The tasting notes mention lemongrass, smoky bacon and black pepper oakcake.
