This is a 9-year-old Caol Ila, distilled on 17 February 2014 and bottled on 28 April 2023 at 50.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in two first-fill Amarone casks from Veneto botti, numbers 303408 and 303410, and the bottling comes to 404 bottles.
The tasting notes list barbecued sea shell, mixed dried fruit peel, coffee grounds, carob and pouring honey.
