Caol Ila Distillers Edition 2021 is an Islay single malt distilled in 2009 and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is double-matured, with the second stage in ex-bodega Moscatel casks, which add rich fruit and a complex sweetness.
The aim is to enhance the smoky, fresh aromas and flavours of the regular Caol Ila. It is a limited edition and part of the 2021 Distillers Edition range.
