Caorunn Gin (1L)

A gin from the Scottish Highlands, produced at the Balmenach distillery using purely local ingredients. It is infused with five Celtic botanicals: wild rowan berry, hawthorn, burdock root, bog myrtle and dandelion, alongside traditional gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, lemon, orange peel and cassia. The aroma is invitingly floral with a fruity note, followed by a light spicy flavour. On the palate it is fresh and soft, with a clean finish carrying delicate citrus and spice notes.
