Captain Morgan Black Label (1L)

A rich, robust rum capturing the essence of the Caribbean spirit. It is made from sugar cane matured under the tropical sun and aged in charred oak barrels, which gives it a dark amber colour and intensifies its complex flavour. On the nose it shows smoky notes with caramel and exotic spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, with sweet molasses, vanilla and a light peppery note, balanced by a slightly bitter toasted wood finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used in cocktails where it adds depth of flavour.
