Caravedo Puro Torontel Pisco (75cl, 40%)

Caravedo Puro Torontel is a Peruvian pisco made entirely from fully fermented Torontel grape juice, a fragrant variety seldom used for spirits. It comes from Destilería La Caravedo, established in 1684. The pisco is distilled once and rested for at least six months. Nothing is added: no colouring, water, sugar or wood flavouring. The aroma is floral, with geranium, orange blossom and honeysuckle. The palate has medium viscosity and vivid floral and citrus character, leading to a light, bright and refreshing finish.
