The finish was chosen to bring warmth and depth to the distillery's gentle spirit, and the expression is built around the influence of the wood. It is bottled at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The tasting notes describe soft layers of vanilla, honey and baked apple, with subtle spice and a rounded, mellow mouthfeel. The toasted oak adds sweetness and texture.
