Cardhu – Gold Reserve Game of Thrones House Targaryen (70cl)

This is a Speyside single malt from Cardhu in a 70cl bottle, chosen to represent House Targaryen in the Game of Thrones range. It was matured in toasted oak casks, which add warmth and sweetness to the approachable Cardhu style. The flavour runs to honeyed malt, baked apple and soft toffee, with gentle spice and light oak char. It has more depth than the distillery's lighter core expressions, while staying balanced and easy-going, with a sweet profile and a subtle toasted character.
