Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Caribou Crossing Single Barrel is a Canadian whisky bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Each bottling comes from a single barrel, hand-selected by Master Blender Drew Mayville from Sazerac's inventory of some 200,000 barrels of Canadian whisky. Introduced in 2010, it was the first single barrel Canadian whisky, and it is bottled twice a year, in spring and autumn. It is described as silky in texture, with rye grain cutting through the wood and a creamy vanilla-custard smoothness. The finish is oak with an orangey tang.
