Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Caribou Crossing Single Barrel is a Canadian whisky drawn from individual casks, in a 750ml bottle at 40% ABV. Each barrel shows its own nuances, so every bottling has a slightly different expression of the house profile, which balances creamy sweetness with gentle spice. The nose is led by caramel, butterscotch and vanilla. On the palate, vanilla and honey meet a light rye spice, and the finish is long and lightly spiced, with sweetness and oak.
