Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

This is a single barrel Canadian whisky, described as the world's first of its kind and sometimes called the Canadian Blanton's. It comes in a 75cl bottle with a maple leaf topper and a blue wax seal. Bottled at 80 proof, or 40% abv, it is light, approachable and easygoing. The flavours are creamy vanilla and toasted marshmallow, with a hint of orange and soft rye spice.
