Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky

Caribou Crossing Single Barrel is a Canadian whisky, with each bottling coming from an individually selected barrel. The barrels are chosen from an inventory of more than 200,000 and aged in oak. Rye grain gives a spicy edge that cuts through the wood, alongside a creamy vanilla custard texture. The nose shows layers of sticky tropical fruit, vanilla bean, charred oak, coconut cream and burnt orange peel. On the palate, vanilla and pineapple lead to sweet oak. The finish is soft and fruity, with oak and an orangey tang.
