A Pinot Nero from Carlotto with an elegant, slender profile. In the glass it shows a clear ruby colour; the nose brings ripe cherry, raspberry and light floral notes, well integrated with subtle spicy hints. The palate is agile and medium-bodied, supported by vibrant freshness and fine tannins, with a subtle mineral vein lengthening the finish. It suits roast poultry, mushrooms, delicate cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve fresh, around 14-16 C.
