This is a 14 year old Craigellachie single malt from Speyside, bottled by Càrn Mòr in its Strictly Limited range. It was distilled in 2011, matured in Fino sherry casks and bottled in 2026 at 47.5%, in a 70cl bottle.
Fino is a drier, more delicate style of sherry than Oloroso or PX. The whisky has natural colour, is not chill-filtered, and the outturn is 368 bottles.
It is described as complex, with stone fruits, heather honey and roasted almonds on both nose and palate.
