Carpano Classico Vermouth (37.5cl)

Carpano Classico is a sweet Italian vermouth in a 37.5cl bottle, from the house whose roots go back to Antonio Benedetto Carpano in Turin in 1786. He spent long hours in his workshop trying combinations of herbs until he arrived at a blend that won a loyal following. Fresh bitter oranges and caramelised sugar give the vermouth its amber colour. It opens with vibrant, zesty aromas that linger, and the flavour balances sweetness with bitterness.
