Casa Burbs Whisky is a bourbon bottled at 37% in a 70cl bottle. It is described as a smooth blend of tradition and modernity, with a southern character.
Its makers call it a true southern belle among spirits, and suggest sipping it slowly or using it in a sour. Bourbon is the spirit most commonly used in a whiskey sour.
