It shows a straw-yellow colour with bright reflections and offers aromas of ripe pulp fruit, citrus, light floral notes and a discreet mineral note. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a structure that supports the flavours without weighing down the drink. It is suited to young consumption and pairs well with fish starters, shellfish, rich salads, fresh cheeses and vegetable dishes. Serve around 8-10 °C in a wide glass.
