Casale del Giglio Satrico Lazio IGT

Casale del Giglio Satrico is a white wine from Lazio, made from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Trebbiano. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, floral notes, a light herbaceous touch, citrus and a hint of minerality. On the palate it is well balanced with lively acidity and persistent freshness. Fruit and floral notes carry through, with a delicate citrus note. It suits light starters, fish, fresh cheeses, vegetarian dishes and chicken, and can be served well chilled.
