Casamigos Blanco Tequila (70cl)

Casamigos Blanco is an unaged tequila made from blue agave grown in the state of Jalisco. The hearts of the plant, the piñas, are roasted for 72 hours, then pressed and fermented slowly for 80 hours, a hallmark of the house. It then rests for 2 months in stainless steel containers. The spirit is completely clear. The nose is delicate and fresh, with herbal notes, touches of agave and balsamic hints of eucalyptus. The palate is soft, almost oily and creamy, with a light citrus tone, and it ends round and persistent. It suits cocktails built on exotic fruit.
