Casamigos Mezcal Joven (70cl)

Casamigos Mezcal Joven is made from 100% Espadín agave grown in Oaxaca, Mexico, selected and harvested by hand. The agave is cooked in earthen pits lined with volcanic rock, crushed, and fermented for 2 to 8 days in wooden vessels. It is distilled twice and rests for about 2 months in numbered bottles before release. The nose is fruity, with tamarind, banana and mango, then gentle herbal and smoky notes. The palate is balanced, soft and silky, closing with smoke and black pepper.
