Casamigos Añejo is a tequila made from blue agave grown in Jalisco, in a 70cl bottle. The agave hearts are roasted for 72 hours, pressed and fermented slowly for 80 hours.
It is then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. It can be drunk neat, over ice or in cocktails and long drinks.
The colour is bright gold with amber glints. The nose is spiced with touches of caramel. The palate is of good body and lightly sweet, smooth and soft.
