Cascahuín Añejo is a tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. It is produced at the Tequila Cascahuín distillery (NOM 1123) using traditional methods.
The tequila is matured in American oak casks, which add depth while leaving the character of cooked agave in place. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth, with vanilla, caramel, oak spice, dried fruit and roasted agave.
