A Verduno Pelaverga DOC from Cascina Massara for Burlotto, with a light and distinctive profile. It is pale ruby in colour, with aromas of small red fruits, delicate spices and a light aromatic herb note. On the palate it shows soft tannins and good freshness, with a slender progression that favours balance and drinkability. Aromatic returns recall fresh cherry, white pepper and a subtle floral accent. It pairs with delicate cured meats, light ragu first courses, white meats and mushroom dishes, and is best served slightly cool.
