Upper Spritz is an Italian aperitivo in a 1 litre bottle, made to be used as the base of a Spritz.
It is a bright orange colour, with aromas of bitter orange, herbs and a touch of vanilla. The palate balances sweetness and bitterness, led by citrus and followed by herbal shades and small spicy notes. To serve, pour it over ice with a slice of orange and an olive, or add Prosecco and a splash of soda for a classic Spritz.
