A Bas Armagnac VS from Castarède, made in the Gers region in the heart of Gascony. It is a blend of Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Baco, aged in lightly aromatic oak casks. The nose offers fruity notes of vanilla, ripe citrus and light cinnamon spice. The palate is velvety, with a persistent finish of almond and honey. It can be served as a refined aperitif or with dark chocolate desserts and aged cheeses.
