This Experimental Series bottling from Castle & Key is an extra old rye whiskey finished in Haitian rhum. Castle & Key restored the Old Taylor Distillery in Millville, Kentucky, which Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. built in 1887 and which Prohibition closed in 1920. The team bought the ruined site in 2014. The name refers to the castle and to the keyhole-shaped Springhouse, the distillery's water source.
