Castle & Key Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Frankfort, bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle. It is made from corn, rye and malted barley and aged in charred oak barrels.
The nose is sugar cookie, honeycomb and peach, with lemon zest, thyme and baked cinnamon. On the palate come juicy peach, baked brown sugar and maple pancake, with cinnamon and clove. The finish is medium in body, with bright clove, cardamom and a light maple note.
