Catador Itinerante Zuidam 8 Year Old Oloroso Cask Dutch Single Malt

This is an eight-year-old single malt from the Zuidam distillery in the Netherlands, matured in an Oloroso cask and bottled independently by Catador Itinerante. Catador Itinerante began in 2019 as a project by Pablo Goldbarg, who writes a whisky blog and hosts a podcast on whisky, society and culture. In 2023 he toured Europe looking for casks from distilleries with little presence in the U.S. The project then grew into an independent bottler of New World whisky.
