Ragnarök Rye is a pot-stilled rye whisky from Catoctin Creek, made in collaboration with GWAR. It is bottled at 46% (92 proof) in a 750ml bottle, after ageing in charred new white oak.
The distillery tells a colourful story of its making, with barrels hurled into the moon's orbit and a mash watered with melted Antarctic ice. In the glass it is described as having notes of cherrywood and sugar maple.
