Cazcanes No.7 Añejo Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Cazcanes No.7 Añejo is a tequila made from 100% blue agave, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The Tequilana Weber agaves come from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco and are distilled at NOM 1599. The agave is cooked in an autoclave at low pressure, milled with a roller, and combined with natural spring water. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using only agave sugars. It is distilled twice in stainless steel pots, then aged in previously used American white oak barrels. The tequila is aerated and additive free. It has a rich amber colour, with notes of vanilla, caramel and oak, and a warm finish.
