Cazcanes No. 9 Rosa Blanco is a blanco tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, made from blue Weber agave. It is bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle and released as a limited edition.
A short time in American oak gives the spirit a soft pink blush, which sets it apart from a typical clear blanco.
On the palate it is floral and fruity, with fresh agave, delicate citrus and a touch of vanilla, leading to a smooth, clean finish. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
