Ceci Lambrusco Spumante Brut IGT (11.5%)

A dry red sparkling wine from Bruno Ceci with fine bubbles and a lively ruby colour. The nose offers fruity and floral sensations of small red fruits with light hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with sustained acidity and moderate tannins leading to a dry finish. It suits antipasti with cured meats and stretched-curd cheeses, pizzas, everyday dishes, fried foods and savoury preparations. Serve cold, around six to eight degrees Celsius, in not too wide glasses, and consume within a few years to appreciate its freshness.
