A Romagna Sangiovese DOC from Celli, made exclusively from Sangiovese grown on clay-limestone soils. Traditional vinification with prolonged skin maceration is followed by ageing in steel to preserve freshness. It shows a vivid ruby red colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherry and plum, black pepper and a light tobacco note. On the palate it is well balanced, with soft but present tannins and balanced acidity.
